Specialising in alkaline electrolytic water hydrogen generation equipment and systems

Technical parameters

  • Product Description
    • Commodity name: Membranes

Our company has developed a composite membrane for alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen generation. It is gas-tight, has low surface resistance, is hydrophilic, has low bulk density, is puncture-resistant, strong, and shrinks little when heated. The composite membrane is made from advanced materials and produced using unique processes. This ensures it is efficient and stable.

Our company has developed a composite membrane for alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen generation. The composite membrane is made from advanced materials and produced using unique processes. This ensures it is efficient and stable.

    Production Process:

The membrane is made using a combination of gas-liquid phase separation and controlled pore structures. It is then coated with high-hydrophilicity, alkali-resistant materials.

    Specifications:

    - Width: 0.5–2.2 m (customizable).
    - Thickness: 500 µm, 220 µm.

    Technical Advantages:

High Stability: The composite membrane, combined with our metal anode and cathode, uses a 30wt% KOH solution as the electrolyte. At 90°C and a current density of 6000 A/m², the electrolyzer's DC power consumption is 3.85 kWh/Nm³H₂. After nearly 5000 hours of long-term testing, performance remains stable with power consumption variation of less than 2% from initial levels.
