- Commodity name: Membranes
Our company has developed a composite membrane for alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen generation. It is gas-tight, has low surface resistance, is hydrophilic, has low bulk density, is puncture-resistant, strong, and shrinks little when heated. The composite membrane is made from advanced materials and produced using unique processes. This ensures it is efficient and stable.

The composite membrane is made from advanced materials and produced using unique processes. This ensures it is efficient and stable.
Production Process:
The membrane is made using a combination of gas-liquid phase separation and controlled pore structures. It is then coated with high-hydrophilicity, alkali-resistant materials.
Specifications:
- Width: 0.5–2.2 m (customizable).
- Thickness: 500 µm, 220 µm.Technical Advantages:
High Stability: The composite membrane, combined with our metal anode and cathode, uses a 30wt% KOH solution as the electrolyte. At 90°C and a current density of 6000 A/m², the electrolyzer's DC power consumption is 3.85 kWh/Nm³H₂. After nearly 5000 hours of long-term testing, performance remains stable with power consumption variation of less than 2% from initial levels.
